**** Children under 18 must wear a helmet. Please bring a personal sport helmet (cycling helmets are suitable). No helmet no riding no exception. ****

RESERVATIONS BY PHONE ARE REQUIRED.  Reservations may be secured with credit card information. You may choose to pay by cash at the ride site. We can also take your credit card information over the phone if you prefer not to use the web. 

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION REQUIRED.  All reservations must be confirmed by phone by 8:00 AM on the day of the ride. Due to the volume of calls received we are unable to track phone numbers for all reservations. Please ensure that you call 604-376-0203 to confirm your ride. A call not received will be considered a cancellation. Please see policy below.  

24  HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY. Please be respectful of our horses. It takes several extra hours to load and transport horses to the various locations. It is not fair for them to arrive ready to go and end up waiting in the trailer due to no shows. Cancellations must be called in within 24 hours of scheduled rides. No shows will be charged the full rate. No exceptions.

FREE one hour of riding with every Club Card. $275.00 CDN (+tax) buys you six hours of riding for the price of five. Frequent Rider Club Cards can be used toward any one hour or two hour tour and may be shared across multiple riders or used alone. Cards expire December 31 of the year issued(Christmas gifts excluded).  An excellent gift idea for horse back riding enthusiasts.
